PaintballVillage reserves the right to close early or NOT OPEN AT ALL when weather conditions are not appropriate for play. If there is a question regarding the status of PaintballVillage due to weather, please call (440) 235-4420.
PaintballVillage reserves the right to alter dates, times and conditions of SeasonPass without notice. Swings-N-Things and/or PaintballVillage will occasionally close the park/field for a large corporate outing. This typically will happen 1 – 3 times per year. Our website will always list these changes (SNTfun.com).
PaintballVillage is committed to the highest degree of field and equipment maintenance, but as with all things mechanical, equipment does breakdown at times. It is very rare when the facility is closed for repairs, but if/when that occurs, there are no substitution of attractions.
PaintballVillage can operate through most inclement weather, but it is our policy to temporarily close the field when conditions (i.e. lightening) threaten our guests and team members. There are NO substitution of attractions when this occurs.
Certain weather conditions (i.e. heavy or steady rain or snow, high winds, temperatures below 20 degrees or higher than 90 degrees may cause management to close the field early or NOT OPEN AT ALL.
Acts of God (i.e. floods, lightening, tornados, etc.) and circumstances beyond PaintballVillage’s control (power outage, disruption of water, natural gas leak,etc.) are not reasons for substitution of attractions.
Bearer of this pass accepts all inherent risks associated with attractions. Failure to observe rules and regulations can result in forfeiture of all rights associated with SeasonPass.
PaintballVillage reserves the right to revoke a SeasonPass without recourse or refund for any reason, including, but not limited to thefollowing:
Violation of Swings-N-ThingsPark or PaintballVillage“Field” Rules and/or Safety Regulations
Assisting another person in obtaining unauthorized entry into the park or field.
Any violation of local, state or federal laws on Swings-N-Things/Paintball Village premises.
Any conduct deemed by Swings-N-Things/Paintball Village management to interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the park or field.
Loitering at the park/field.
This pass should NOT be construed as a “babysitting” service. Swings-N-Things/Paintball Village cannot accept responsibility for children “dropped-off” by parents and/or guardians. It is each parent’s responsibility to determine if their child is capable of being left alone at Swings-N-Things/Paintball Village without adult supervision for a given period of time.
Season Passes may not be sold by any third party under any circumstance.
SeasonPass may only be used by Season Pass Holder noted on card & application.
SeasonPass will be automatically revoked if anyone other than the Pass Holder attempts to use it. Charges will be filed against the Pass Holder and the person fraudulently attempting to use the pass.
There is a $10.00 fee for lost or stolen Season Passes
The SeasonPass is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
SeasonPass may NOT be used as admission to any Group Outing, or Birthday Party.
No food or drink items may be brought in on Swings-N-Things/Paintball Village property.
Your personal information will never be sold or shared with a third party.
To receive your Field Pass Wristband, simply show your SeasonPass at the Paintball Village Pro Shop. A Paintball Village Team member must affix wristband to be valid. Wristband is invalid once it has been emoved, cut or torn. Wristbands may NOT be shared or transferred and are valid day of redemption only.
PaintballVillage“Field” Season Pass Holders should be aware of the Safety Rules of Paintball Village.
PaintballVillage is a “Field Paint Only” Facility. ONLY paintballs purchased at PaintballVillage may be used at PaintballVillage. Violation of this rule will result in AUTOMATIC REVOCATION of SeasonPass. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule!
