2010 Exclusive and Semi-Exclusive Group Event Attraction Pricing Only

Exclusive and Semi-Exclusive Outings are the ULTIMATE STATEMENT to YOUR EMPLOYEES (and CLIENTS) It provides the perfect environment in which to build camaraderie and appreciation. Swings-N-Things beautiful 13 acre park is the perfect sized venue to host such an event. You and your employees will have exclusive use of the park on the day of your event, in essence, YOU OWN THE PARK FOR THE DAY!

While an exclusive event can be held on any day of the week, Saturdays and Sundays are the most popular so we've listed pricing for these days below. If you are interested in a day other than Saturday or Sunday please contact our group sales office at 440-235-4420 ext. 111.

ALL EXCLUSIVE and SEMI-EXCLUSIVE EVENTS are from Park Opening (11:00 am) until 5:00 pm. At 5:00 pm, Swings-N-Things will open to the general public. All Groups that are part of an Exclusive or Semi-Exclusive Event are welcome to stay at Swings-N-Things until closing. Seating Areas are still reserved for your group and ALL-Day Wristbands will be honored until closing! If a Group wishes to book the Park exclusively through closing, it is possible for an extra charge/person.

*A SEMI-EXCLUSIVE EVENT permits Swings-N-Things the option to schedule another group of 200 – 400 guests on the same day to share the park attractions and thereby keep your prices down. (Each group will have their own private picnic area)

ALL SUNDAY EXCLUSIVE and SEMI-EXCLUSIVE EVENTS are from Park Opening (11:00 am) until 5:00 pm for all events from May 31st– Sept. 6th. Procedure after 5:00 pm is the same that is explained above for Saturday’s when the Park is opened to the public.

ALL SUNDAY EXCLUSIVE and SEMI-EXCLUSIVE EVENTS from SEPTEMBER 12th until the end of the outdoor season will be EXCLUSIVE FOR THE ENTIRE DAY from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm when the park will close for the day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

*A SEMI-EXCLUSIVE EVENT is based on the assumption that Swings-N-Things can schedule another group of 200 – 400 guests on the same day to share the park attractions. (each group will have their own private picnic area)

EXCLUSIVE and SEMI-EXCLUSIVE EVENTS also require one of Swings-N-Things Catered Meals and Beverage Service (CATERING MENU)
EXCLUSIVE and SEMI-EXCLUSIVE EVENTS ALSO INCLUDE UNLIMITED BATTING at the BATTING RANGE until the park opens to the public @ 5:00pm (typically an extra charge)
Paintball Village is NOT typically included in EXCLUSIVE & SEMI-EXCLUSIVE EVENTS. It will be open to the public during these events. Groups may reserve PBV for exclusive use by their guests for an additional charge. Since Paintball does not have the broad audience appeal that other attractions at Swings-N-Things has, it is not always cost efficient for a group to exclusively reserve PBV unless they wish to host a Tournament or Team Building Event for their guests. If PBV is NOT reserved exclusively, Swings-N-Things will extend a special Group Price to all of your guests (they will pay individually) who wish to play Paintball on the day of your event OR we will be happy to run a "tab" for all guests wishing to play and add this to your invoice.
